Filmmaker and Installation Artist Roberto Mighty, MFA, is America’s first cemetery Artist-in-Residence, and the inaugural resident artist at Mount Auburn Cemetery, a National Historic Landmark and America’s first garden cemetery.
His 'earth.sky' installation features films and multimedia in an immersive, computer controlled, multi projector traveling exhibit now available for museums worldwide.

William Lynn Hsu, a graduate of MIT in mechanical engineering, loved classical music and Mt. Auburn Cemetery. He passed away in 1981 at age 34 from complications following appendicitis. He was the oldest of three children born to Shao Ti Hsu and Charlotte Chien Hsu, who immigrated to the U.S. from China. His father passed away in 1985 and is also interred here. His mother passed away in 2012 and her ashes were scattered in the Charles River.
